It's Halloween eve, and the sun is setting on Bikini Bottom. In the dim light, something ghastly is taking place, the whole town is transforming! Streets are turning into graveyards, sunken pirate ships are popping up all over town, and all the residents of Bikini Bottom are acting very strangely Madness.
